Overview
The Flourish! Women Leaders program helps you build your authentic presence, communicate your value and lead with influence. The program focuses on genuine leadership diversity and supports you to develop your authentic leadership fingerprint.
During the four-day program you will explore authentic leadership and bias, the relationship between mind, body and voice, strategies for effective communication, self-management and professional presence. Be prepared to:
- Have your thinking challenged
- Gain insight into your unique strengths, values, leadership model and point of difference
- Understand how you're perceived as a leader
- Explore the interaction between mind, body, voice and the impact on communication, relationships and outcomes
- Build awareness of your stress and communication patterns

Dual facilitators deliver an interactive, experiential development program. A third guest facilitator and somatic speaking coach brings professional presence expertise and coaching.
