Overview
The signs to look for when something's not quite right on your Board.
Most people act honestly, but some bad apples exploit poor systems or lack of checks. Most dishonest people ingratiate themselves to become highly trusted - it's their modus operandi - ask any experienced law enforcement person. They play on other people's trust and they wear masks - sometimes several.
There are systems you must put in place to ensure opportunities for dishonesty do not creep into your board. These will be discussed in the workshop. You'll learn how to recognise the signs and what questions to ask. You'll learn to see through the masks and expose what's happening.
