About the coach
Professional background
Practical change management practitioner with extensive experience in designing, leading, and implementing large scale change programs across heavy industries and FMCG. Hendro has worked on change programs at large organisations in Australia and Indonesia. Some of them are McKinsey&Company, Rio Tinto, BHP, Western Power, Golden Energy Mines, and Paragon Technology and Innovation. Some of the key impacts from his work include developing change agents in large operations (10K+ on-site staff) to $0.5B annual productivity impact.
Coaching process
Before the coaching starts, there will be a 30 minute introductory session to confirm if the potential coachee’s needs fit with Hendro’s expertise. After the session and upon an agreement to work together, there will be a one session of diagnostic processes to provide the coachee with inputs for choosing a targeted coaching program. Hendro will choose relevant diagnostic tool-kits for this session. Hendro’s philosophy in coaching is to minimise the distance between learning and practice. He has helped leaders to expand their comfort zone and be more effective through series of day-to-day practice and reflective conversations.
Coaching achievements and results
Hendro has had great results within a number of organisations. In particular with change leadership coaching for the founder and innovation leaders of one of the largest FMCG companies in Indonesia.
Hendro also has provided career coaching for young professionals in Western Australia and Indonesia. Some of his coachees are now progressing their careers in global companies.
