Overview
Every time you speak or lead a meeting your leadership skills are on show.
This workshop is designed for executives who are beyond basic public speaking and need high-level presentation skills when the message matters and the outcome is critical.
The program is fully immersive and participative using David's unique model of "Hot-Seat Coaching". This enables skills to be developed fast and on the spot.
Not a second is wasted in this program as it builds solid understandings and skills to handle any situation an executive is likely to encounter.
With a maximum of 6 people, David coaches each person individually and on the specific areas they need most help. This way you (and the group) can see your skills developing exponentially.

For over 35 years, he has been helping people at all levels walk tall whenever they speak, lead or participate in a meeting or interact with colleagues.
