Public sector workers are expected to make complex decisions, often involving multiple stakeholders, and it can be hard to make any choices, let alone the "right choice". It may seem subjective, depending on context, but when there's a clear Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics in place, these should be used to guide decision making.
This course aims to help participants resolve accountability issues that may arise in their daily work environment, is designed to clarify any standards of behaviour expected of them and apply learning to real situations to get the best possible outcomes.
