Her cross-sector experience encompasses Mining & Resources, Oil & Gas, Health, Technology, and Government organisations.
In driving successful and sustainable change, Linda has leveraged a consultative and collaborative style to engage and align cross-functional teams with shared vision and goals and secure buy-in for change amongst disparate stakeholders. She has a knack for helping people think differently, adapt to change, and adopt new ways of working.
In business and leader coaching, Linda leverages a range of coaching models and frameworks to support business and project leaders to develop their leadership skills and increase self-awareness which leads to increased confidence and improved performance.
