Whether you’re starting up, scaling up or already established at the big end of town, growing your business is a big priority. Company directors and CEO’s often get stuck working IN the business instead of working ON the business. This workshop will assess your growth stage, goals and what advisor models are appropriate to accelerate your growth.
We start with benchmarking your business Growth Score, set an improvement goal, then look at the key strategic gaps to achieving that goal. Then we look at your business stage of growth, the identified gaps and what advisor model options would best suit. Finally we look at your governance practices and identify areas for improvement.
This workshop is for business owners or executives who want to understand their advisory needs and options to achieve their growth goals. It is suitable for start-up founders, small company directors, NFP business owners or directors, government department heads, and large private or public company CEO’s.
This workshop can be facilitated with peers in non-competing markets or company specific with all business owners, directors and CEO attending.
A Business Growth Score questionnaire and Governance Checklist will be sent prior to the workshop. Benchmark report and basic governance templates will be provided.
