Lisanne Iriks

Lisanne is a conflict resolution, negotiation and communication professional who has had her private mediation and coaching practice since 2011 and worked for non-profits before that. She holds a Masters in Law and has worked with some of Australia’s largest organisations to assist them with their people development in conflict management such as Roy Hill, Australia Post and state and local governments departments and trading entities such as the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor, and Mid West Ports.

Lisanne has been a qualified coach and mediator since 2008. She is approachable, easy to talk to and her coaching is transformational. Lisanne considers it an honour to work with people and, with empathy, stretch them out of their comfort zone so they can achieve their new level of personal best through goal setting and providing coaching to achieve these goals.

Lisanne is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy Master Practitioner, having completed over 200 hours of training in NLP and Timeline Therapy. Lisanne uses her corporate experience, her coaching experience, mediation training and her background in law to strike a balance between understanding people on a personal level, showing empathy, and being able to work out what really matters to them. That combined with a practical no nonsense empathetic approach leads to great results. Lisanne is able to connect with anyone and make them feel heard and appreciated. In her role of consultant for Roy Hill she coached from the CEO and all the General Managers to truck drivers and everything in between.

Before working together, Lisanne will arrange a 15 min discovery call to find out if you are a good match for each other and if she can support you appropriately. Lisanne will be honest and straightforward if she is not the right match for you. Durng this conversation, the most effective coaching package will also be determined.

The different coaching options include:
Breakthrough sessions: 8 hours of coaching broken up in two 4 hour sessions or 4 or one full day of coaching. Breakthrough sessions are life changing. You will get a deep understanding of yourself and you will be able to use what you know now to move forward powerfully in your professional and personal life. It is recommended to have at least 2 coaching sessions after you had your breakthrough session.

Coaching package: 10 x 2 hour coaching sessions.
