Overview
Agile and Agility are no longer optional in today’s most successful organisations. But what does this mean for those in a leadership role? Often investment is made at the team level and leaders are expected to know what is needed of them. We are here to help. In this one day workshop you will be facilitated by an experienced executive coach who personally went through the journey to Agile Leadership. We will help to understand the why and when agile should be applied. We will help to mythbust the what of agile whilst helping you to learn what to expect, what are the risks and how to translate what you might receive from an agile team. The day will lead to a leadership action plan and actionable outcomes to apply to your organisation. Can also be applied as a half day or Lunch and Learn workshop

Marcus is an Accredited APMG Master Facilitator and Coach with a passion for helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve high performance.
Marcus takes a unique approach to workshop design and delivery coupled with over 15 year’s experience and a background in Strategic Problem Definition and Solution Delivery through multiple methodologies including Lean, Agile and Waterfall Project and Program Management.
Marcus has established and worked with numerous teams within multiple business environments and transformational initiatives with responsibility for facilitated problem definition, concept and strategy development, planning, solution design and development techniques required for delivering outcomes and benefits.
Working with teams and executive management to deliver objectives or execute strategy to achieve results are particular strengths. Marcus holds a passion for the ‘softer side’ and for ‘taking people on the journey’, with a qualification in Facilitation, Change Management as well as Executive Coaching supporting an approach that is person centric. While the ‘technical’ elements of workshop are important, the people side is crucial to success.
