Her Master of Training and Development has led her to continually update her own learning, both formally and informally, and through actively networking, which she then shares with her clients. Louise loves making life and work easier by building leadership capabilities, performance, and creating stronger teams. Louise is certified as an MTD, BA (Psychology), Dip TAE, DipVET, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116, and is accredited in several major psychometric instruments. She holds the Certificate of Organisational Coaching Level 1 and has invested over 100 hours completing Gestalt Module 1 in psychotherapy. She is qualified as a hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and coach. Louise uses all of these, as relevant, in a blended approach for her clients to explore their unique challenges and full potential to get the best outcome and make their goals and aspirations come true.

During Louise's 13 years in the airlines prior to starting her own business, she learned a great deal about the psychology of teams, team dynamics, and human behaviour under pressure, and how to swiftly de-escalate conflict and take control in confined spaces. Clients have ranged across many different industry sectors, predominantly throughout Western Australia and Malaysia. What has become important to Louise, is to work with human-centred organisations that genuinely care about their people and want to be the best.
