About the facilitator
Louise has been helping people and organisations improve their professional development for over 20 years, and in that time has worked with hundreds of businesses and thousands of participants throughout Australia, Southeast Asia and the UK. Louise has worked across a range of industries including tertiary education, mining, construction, airline, gaming, banks, insurance, government, community and Not-for-Profit.
She is deeply interested in how people connect, motivate, and influence each other and her passion is on developing individual and on team capability and leadership development. Louise is across the latest developments in human behaviour, culture, psychology and how the mind works, and includes this in her workshops.
