Hendro is a management consultant and executive coach with a proven track-record in business transformation, change management and innovation. Some of his work includes designing and leading a safety culture improvement program at a mining operation with approximately 10,000 on-site personnel, working in a transformation office to deliver a $0.5B annual productivity impact, and providing regular coaching for Product Innovation Team Leaders at a consumer goods company with $0.5B annual revenue.

Hendro has developed his approach based on his practical experience in using various change frameworks, his PhD research in Complexity, Collective Habits, and Innovation topic, as well as his expertise as a GlobalDISC Master Trainer and Psychological Safety Practitioner.

Hendro works with leaders across industries to orchestrate change, deliver coaching programs on practical business leadership skills, and facilitate strategic workshops. He has worked with leaders in heavy industry, FMCGs, and estate management. Hendro is now serving as a Board Member for Pemimpin.ID, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on empowering young leaders in Indonesia.
