Birthe is a passionate Transformational Learning Specialist, a connector, and a natural leader. She builds bridges between people and groups and has the gift to create workshop vibes that are filled with trust, creativity and inspiration. The no.1 need for active and engaged group learning (on and offline)
 While education on Models and Strategies are a part of her content, her ultimate goal is to trigger curiosity and self-awareness. The crucial weapon for life-long learning and achieving true behaviour change after the workshop.  She installs the fundamental skills to build meaningful relationships with customers, teams and colleagues.
And relationships are the CORE to any successful business.
Birthe's passion is to switch on participants' light bulbs  - forever. Using storytelling, reflective discussions, guided conversations or role plays she truly connects the head with the heart. Expect colourful cards, whiteboards, group work - and only VERY little PowerPoint
Birthe holds a Bachelor of Business, Train the Trainer & Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Certification in Systemic Coaching.
With 15+ years of experience working in three countries, across a variety of industries from Start-up to Enterprises in Management, Talent, Sales & L&D she brings a basket full of real-life examples into her workshops.
