Jennifer is a professional facilitator and business strategist with 20 years’ experience within the private and government sectors. Having managed large teams across WA, she brings a vast amount of people managing skills to her training. She is talented in identifying market trends, forecasting training needs and facilitation delivery. Her experience spans across executive education, corporate training and universities.
Her facilitation style is engaging and interactive. By using Accelerated Learning Methodologies she enables participants to integrate their new learning quickly and efficiently so they can immediately apply these new learnings in their work place.
Jennifer has a unique ability to deliver training workshops, as well as experiential learning activities for team building. These include Urban Challenges, Scavenger Hunts etc. She is a supporter of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and often is asked to incorporate CSR components in the team building activities for clients.
