About the facilitator
Helen has been delivering transformative leadership coaching, team coaching, career coaching and workshops since 2008 and over that time has supported over 2500 individuals/organisations who want more and strive for better. Since 2019 she has facilitated over 100 workshops.
In her role as coach and facilitator, Helen helps clients observe and investigate situations and behaviours. She is highly perceptive, picking up on subtle clues and patterns that enable her to help clients quickly gain perspective and identify the crux of the matter. Offering the ideal blend of challenge and support Helen provokes valuable thinking and insights and supports clients to build new behavioural habits that have a measurable positive impact.
With a Big4 consulting background, commercial experience, and an Honours Degree in Economics & Accounting, Helen has held leadership positions, worked with junior leaders through to C-Suite clients and proven her ability to perform in complex, high performance organisations. She has sound business and financial acumen and is skilled in aligning organisational and personal goals and helping clients develop practical, actionable, achievable solutions.
Helen is trustworthy, ethical and professional and delights in helping people and organisations unpick challenges and find ways to be at their best and loves watching them reap the rewards.
