    Fast Tracking Team Transformation

    Overview

    This full-day workshop is designed to support leadership teams to fast-track team transformation. Key stakeholder feedback is the foundation of the Theory U based process utilised to create step-change.

    We will capture insightful feedback from key stakeholders (pre-work) and use this as the basis to develop a shared view of the required future state. This process is proven to support leadership teams to challenge current assumptions, questioning the status-quo to make the changes required to adapt and transform quickly.

    The workshop will support leadership teams to create an aligned view, potential solutions and priorities to meet future challenges. We will identify the teams key improvement opportunities and personal growth actions required to implement the required changes. A key outcome will be to review and update team purpose and key future objectives.

    This workshop incorporates processes and activities to create a collaborative and inclusive environment, focussing on understanding and identifying key elements of adaptive leadership that will support the team transformation.
