With over 17 years’ experience in the areas of Organisational Development, Human Resources, Culture Change and Change Management, Prina has successfully driven culture transformation across organisations through strategies and programs that she has developed, managed and delivered.
She has designed and delivered many leadership development programs including a highly successful Aspiring Leaders program. Operationally, she has managed the roll out of many culture surveys, the last one led to 86% response rate in an industry where the average is almost half that. She is an expert in culture change at an individual and organisational level.
Prina has worked across, government, not for profit, utilities, small business and private sectors, both locally and abroad.
Since starting her own coaching and development business in 2015, Prina’s focus has been on developing practical tools and methods to support strategies that create positive culture change in individuals and organisations.
Prina is qualified in Sociology and Social Psychology, professional Coaching and is accredited to deliver Human Synergistics Culture and 360 assessment tools and DISC Profiling tools.
