    Workshop:
    Holding Effective Performance Reviews

    Overview

Anyone in business knows that managing people can be difficult, expensive and time consuming. An under performing employee, can affect the whole team. Most companies struggle with traditional performance reviews because they tend to be subjective and can feel like combat or a trip to the dentist for all involved.

I’ve used my 20 years experience as a HR Consultant to solve one of the biggest problems in HR; how can performance reviews be a value adding experience?

This workshop will provide practical steps on holding reviews specific to each employee, so they can see exactly what they are doing right and what needs improving. During the workshop we will learn how reviews can be a positive experience for you and your employees because it shows that you’re invested in them and their future.
