    Disability Awareness and Inclusion

    Overview

    This workshop introduces participants to understanding and working with people with disability, whether they are a colleague, customer or client. It will introduce you to the range of disabilities within the community, the common misunderstandings and assumptions, and provide you with some tips and strategies to ensure the inclusion of people with disability. A variety of interactive activities are included to see employees and environments through a different lens, and build on your own personal skills.

    With an interest in positive psychology and the benefits of an engaged workforce, Christine has designed a series of experiential learning professional development and team building activities.
