Sarah has spent three decades as a People and Culture specialist developing IP on how employee engagement, motivation and development can improve the performance of individuals and organisations. Her work helps people expand their minds, stepping courageously into their potential, while valuing the contributions of teammates.
The HR legal compliance experience gathered through conducting hundreds of grievance, disciplinary and performance investigations in countries around the world means she understands not just the theory and legal obligations but can provide real life examples to ensure understanding. Experience working in Middle East, India, China, Asia, Europe and Australia as a HR professional provides a unique perspective of working with different cultures and the frictions that can occur when viewpoints differ on how things 'should' be done.
Qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and Psychometric tests, together with hands-on experience working with a diverse range of organisation sizes, industries and cultures around the world, enable her to lead teams to success and keep organisations safe from undesirable and illegal behaviours.
