Overview
This full-day highly interactive workshop is designed to build stronger connections and create alignment supporting individuals and the team to perform at their best. Participants will experience an engaging, collaborative, practical, and positive approach, ensuring the team finishes with both individual and team actions to continue to build team effectiveness.
During the day we will combine elements of:
- team purpose and planning,
- identifying improvement opportunities,
- creating alignment through shared prioritisation,
- team building activities supporting the team to build relationships
Acknowledging that each team has specific needs, some customisation is possible to create the most value for your team. E.g. alternative team building activities. This workshop can be delivered face-to-face or virtually.
