    Overview

    Integrity in the government sector is vital to maintaining the trust of the community and ensuring we are accountable for our actions and decisions. Development WA are committed to ensuring the culture and environment in the organisation supports the ethical conduct of all employees

    This workshop will explore the personal accountability required to uphold the Public Sector legislation on ethical decision-making within the overall accountability framework.

    During the workshop the focus will be to identify personal actions and behaviours to meet the Code of Conduct, specifically the 7 elements of personal behaviour, communication and official information, fraudulent or corrupt behaviour, use of public resources, record-keeping, conflicts of interest/gifts/benefits and reporting corruption.

    The content has been customised and case studies made relevant to the experience of Development WA employees.
