A forward thinking and results-driven Business Improvement Specialist and Operations Manager.
Craig has proven success in delivering continuous improvement business solutions, delivering effective workplace training, effective executive level coaching and mentoring, identification and waste elimination in organisational value streams. He has driven the successful implementation of lean process systems and thinking to businesses across Australia and the UK.
Craig has over 28 years expertise in Business Improvement at senior operations and general management levels. He has a proven track record of success in aligning performance with strategic business and capital plans, building employee commitment to continuous improvement and delivering superior results within tight timeframes and limited budgets within major “Blue Chip” Organisations.
Craig began his Manufacturing Operations career and Lean journey in the Automotive Industry with Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK in 1991 where he trained as an Industrial Engineer. Craig spent 15 years with Nissan rising through the ranks to Production Manager and led a team of over 250. Craig moved to Australia in 2006 and held senior management roles in businesses such as Carrier APAC, Solahart and Quickstep Technologies. Craig has been an independent consultant for the past 10 years and has successfully aided a range of businesses in their lean transformation projects including WesTrac Caterpillar, Capral Aluminium, Austal Ships, Compass Group, Delta Corporation, Pioneer Water Tanks, Character Group, Linley Valley Pork and Metcash.
Craig is dedicated to aiding organisational transformation by embedding a world class and more importantly a sustainable continuous improvement culture. Craig is a practitioner in the triple E approach - Education, Exposure and Experience to develop a problem solving mindset in all forms of work, focusing on the customer to drive continuous improvement that inspires cultural transformation with the forward thinking approach of developing outstanding customer experience.
