Professional background
Kendal has over 40 years’ experience across a range of industries including the Defence Force, Mining & Resources, Education and Not for Profit sectors – over 10 of those coaching. Kendal is passionate about increasing interpersonal performance within organisations through her leadership coaching, training and workshops, where she works with clients as a thinking partner to increase engagement, productivity and joy in the workplace. Over the past eleven years, Kendal has delivered executive, team, change, career and transition coaching to individuals and teams in blue chip organisations and SME’s.
Kendal holds a BSocServ (with Distinction) and a GradCert Career Development and a GradCert in Positive Psychology. Kendal is a Registered CICA Practitioner, Professional Member of the CDAA, APCDA and a Member of the ICF.
Kendal is a qualified administrator of a range of psychometric assessment tools and a Points of You® Certified Expert.
Kendal is a board member of the Rockingham Montessori School, a past general member on the board of Baldivis Senior College, Tiny Sparks WA, and long-standing member of the Rockingham Education and Training Committee (RETAC).
CDAA Excellence in Practice WA Award Winner 2020 and 2021
2022 co-developed and delivered 2 federal grant funded programs focusing on Women in Leadership in non-traditional arenas and Women Returning to Work.

Kendal collaborates with clients as a “thinking partner” as they work through their present-day challenges to increase their contribution and impact, moving themselves and their teams toward flourishing.
Kendal employs a combination of deep listening, observation and reflection with clients to explore, question and understand their development areas, collaborating with them to uncover and interrogate preconceptions; deepen their understanding of self and others; and expand their perspective to foster improved outcomes.
Witnessing the transformation of clients who take ownership of their professional and personal growth is the ultimate reward of her work.
